Sustainability is at the core of our philosophy, and every day we strive to reduce the environmental impact of our activities through concrete actions. Our goal is to constantly improve, increasing the positive effects of our choices and reducing the negative ones.

One of our first steps was to limit the purchase of unsustainable packaging and single-use products. For this reason, in our restaurant, we use only glass bottles for water, thus reducing plastic consumption. Additionally, we have installed LED bulbs throughout almost the entire facility, contributing to energy savings. But we don't stop there: we constantly inform our staff and guests on how to adopt responsible behaviors to reduce water and energy waste. Even in the maintenance of our facility, we choose to support the local community by relying on local businesses.


Low-Impact Breakfast

Our commitment to sustainability is also reflected in our breakfast management. 80% of the products we offer are homemade, ensuring genuine ingredients and reducing the need for industrial packaging. We opt for individual portions, a method that allows us to limit food waste while ensuring freshness and quality. Additionally, we work with local suppliers, reducing transportation distances and guaranteeing zero-mile products. To further improve our management, we are exploring technological solutions that can help us optimize resources and prevent additional waste.

Less Plastic, More Responsibility

Another fundamental aspect of our commitment concerns reducing the use of plastic and paper. We have completely eliminated plastic containers, preferring glass and paper as sustainable alternatives. Water for our guests is available on tap and served in reusable bottles and glasses. Even straws, when necessary, are strictly biodegradable paper. Additionally, to reduce paper waste, we print invoices and receipts only upon request, adopting more eco-friendly digital solutions.
