CONFIRMATION DEPOSIT: In case of cancellation made within 5 days* of the arrival date, it will be possible to reuse the deposit in terms to be agreed with the Management and for a stay of a similar amount to the cancelled one. Cancellation made after the aforementioned deadline will result in the loss of the deposit.

CREDIT CARD: In case of cancellation or changes made up to 5 days* before the expected arrival date, no cost will be charged.

For cancellations/changes/no-shows after the aforementioned deadline, the cost of the total amount of the booked stay will be charged to the credit card given as a guarantee.

This cancellation policy is not valid for the discounted Non-Refundable rate (Advanced Booking). In this case the booking amount will be charged at the time of booking and will not be refunded in the event of cancellation.

No refund is due to the guest who decides to interrupt the stay already undertaken and therefore is required to pay for the entire booked stay.
